One-sided games feature at touch

Wednesday December 3, 2008

Junior cricket action
Cool Runnings’ Michael Warren looks for a gap in RGM’s solid defence in their mixed touch game at Ward Oval last Thursday night, however both Nicola Harbison and Nikolah Best were determined not to let him through.

Four one-sided games were played in last week’s mixed touch competition at Ward Oval.

A very in-form RGM side ran away with their match against Cool Runnings, winning
16-1.

The more experienced GW Spartans were too good for their young Joblink opposition and won their game 10-1.

The well-drilled CCI Rebels were never troubled by their less experienced Cobar Brick Works opposition and easily won the match 14-0.

The pacey young Orana Credit Union side showed no mercy in their match against DJW running out 19-6 winners.
