WesTrac back on board for races

The Cobar Miners’ Race Club has welcomed WesTrac back on board as the major sponsor of the 2009 Cobar Races. WesTrac’s area manager Michael Geale (pictured above with Cobar Miners’ Race Club secretary/treasurer Tess Lloyd) said WesTrac was pleased to once again be able to support the Cobar community. “This is our
second time as major sponsors of the races,” Mr Geale said. “We were major
sponsors in 2007 and it’s community based events like the Cobar Races which are the sorts of things that WesTrac is keen to be involved with. We like to make sure that as much money stays in the town as it can.”
