House completely destroyed by fire

A house on a property 20km north of Cobar has been completely destroyed by fire.
The owners of the home left at approximately 11.30am Sunday and returned at 6pm that day to find the house destroyed.
Local and rural fire service personnel attended the scene along with police and paramedics, however there was nothing they could do to save the house.
Crime scene detectives attended the house on Monday to ascertain the cause of the fire, however Senior Constable Sue Huggins said at this stage the fire does not appear suspicious.
