Cobar in winner’s circle at Golden Ibis

Fourteen members of the Cobar Clay Target Club travelled to Warren to attend the Golden Ibis shoot over the weekend.
Cobar featured well in the winner’s circle in a variety of events.
In the 30 Target Single Barrel event
the Cobar winners were: Overall—Rob Thompson; A Grade—1st—Gary Jones; Ladies—1st—Louise Machul and Veterans—1st—Jim Manns.
In the 30 Target Double Barrel the
Overall winner was Thompson; AA Grade—1st—Bryan Manns and B Grade—1st—Todd Yates.
The 45 Target Mixed event Overall winner was satellite member Wade Hawkins; A Grade —1st— James Manns; B Grade—1st—Todd Yates and Veterans— 1st—Jim Manns.
The 30 Target Point Score event Overall winner was Hawkins while AA Grade first place went to Bryan Manns.
Hawkins was the Overall winner in the High Gun event with AA Grade honours going to Bryan Manns and Jim Manns won the Veteran division.—contributed
