November Young Achiever Sarah Mitchell with her nominator Susan Russell.
Seventeen year old Sarah Mitchell is The Cobar Weekly and Cobar Youth & Fitness Centre Young Achiever of the Month for November.
Sarah was nominated for the Young Achiever award by Susan Russell who works at the youth centre.
“For the past seven years I have seen Sarah coming to the youth centre for Western Studio Of Performing Arts dance classes and in the last year I have seen her here three times a week for classes.
“She has dedicated her time to help the boys’ tap group and also to help the mums class to learn their dance steps,” Mrs Russell said in her nomination.
Along with her interest in dance, Sarah also plays golf, has helped out with Girl Guides and manages to achieve excellent results in her school work.
