Display advertising is any advertisement appearing
in The Cobar Weekly which is not on the classified
pages.

The Cobar Weekly offers competitive and
affordable advertising rates, as well as special
deals and discounts for ongoing advertising.
Deal One: Advertise for 6 weeks and receive 10% off the normal advertising rates
Deal Two: Advertise for 7-11 weeks and get 15% off the normal advertising rates
Deal Three: Advertise for 12 weeks or more (permanent booking) and get 20% off the normal advertising rates.
Display advertising deadlines are strictly 2pm Mondays before publication each Wednesday.
Classified Advertising
Classified advertising is any advertisement that appears in the designated Classifieds section of The Cobar Weekly.
There are two types of classified advertisements: run-on (charged on a per-word basis) and boxed (charged on the size of the box).
Classified advertisements can be placed by phoning Kristen Kenny on 02 6836 3616 or 02 6836 3619, faxing 02 6836 3216 or emailing cobarweekly@cobarweekly.com.au.
All Classified advertisements must be paid for before insertion, either by cash, cheque or credit card, unless previous arrangements have been made to open an account.
The Classifieds advertising deadline is strictly 2pm Mondays before publication each Wednesday.
